You must have been registered by July 6, 2007 in order to vote in the Primary Runoff Election. You are allowed to vote in the Primary Runoff even if you didn't vote in the Primary Election, but if you voted in the Democratic Primary you may not "crossover" to vote in the Republican Runoff. And vice versa, if you voted in the Republican Primary you may not vote in the Democratic Runoff Election. |
