DeSoto County Driver's License Locations: Nesbit (662) 429-1353 Olive Branch (662) 890-7211 Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The State of Mississippi has two drivers license testing and renewal locations in DeSoto County. The Nesbit building is on the East side of Highway 51 just South of Starlanding Road in Nesbit. Although, the office is open until 4:30, you must be there by 4:00 if you will be taking a driver's test. The Olive Branch facility is on Highway 305 in the Maxwell Building.
